Join us for a milestone evening at Lacawac Sanctuary’s 10th Annual Farm-to-Plate Dinner—a celebration of local food, nature, and the power of community.

Set against the serene beauty of our historic Watres Lodge and surrounding forest, the evening will feature:

🍽 A Four-Course Farm-Fresh Feast
Savor a beautifully curated seasonal menu by Chef Laurie Peterson of The Mustard Seed Café, highlighting fresh ingredients sourced from local farms.

🎶 Forest Vibes
Unwind and connect with friends old and new as live music fills the air and the sun sets through the trees.

🍷 Craft Cocktails, Wine & Local Libations
Enjoy selections from some of our region’s best makers as you toast to ten years of farm-to-table celebration.

🎁 Silent & Live Auctions
Bid on unique experiences, artwork, and locally inspired items that showcase the richness and creativity of our region.

👕 Attire: Smart casual recommended.

All proceeds from the evening support Lacawac Sanctuary’s mission to protect natural resources, advance environmental education, and inspire the next generation of scientists and Earth stewards.
