Get Outside, Get Healthy! is a wellness program and cross-sector program developed helping children and families to achieve better health through activity in local parks, trails and green spaces.  The collaborative effort brings together educators, public health advocates, park and recreation agencies and other organizations to offer opportunities to discover the health benefits of spending time in nature. Participants can connect with nature through various hiking trails and facilities throughout Wayne and Pike Counties.  Get Outside, Get Healthy connects families with healthy outdoor play in their communities through education about health benefits and resources.

Explore parks, trails, rivers and more right in your community!
