Register for Learning Camp

Lacawac is excited to offer outdoor camp activities alongside a structured safe learning environment for students to participate in their school approved cyber program.

Start Date:
Tuesday, September 8, 2020

Program Time:  
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
(extended hours available)

Grades:
2nd through 6th

Cost:
$20/day + extended time $5/hour


Students must be enrolled in an education program in grades 2-6 and will need to bring a laptop, headphones, any necessary school supplies, and a packed lunch. Masks must be worn when social distancing is not possible. Drop-off and pick-up will be at Lacawac Sanctuary.

Registration Fee:  $25
Once registered you will be contacted to schedule days and times.  Space is limited.

Learning Camp includes:
Structured time for online coursework to be completed
Certified teacher and experienced staff available to support students
Outdoor activities throughout the day
The safest environment possible following CDC guidelines.

Lacawac Sanctuary Field Station and Environmental Education Center is an independent, non-profit, environmental education organization located on the shore of Lake Wallenpaupack in the Northern Poconos.  We operate solely on program fees, memberships, sponsorships, grants and private donations from people like you.
