Make your mark on Lacawac Sanctuary!
Naming Opportunities are a wonderful way to show support to Lacawac and leave a visible legacy in our community.

Donating for a naming opportunity is an exceptional way to leave a lasting legacy while directly contributing to the preservation and enhancement of our Sanctuary. Your generous donation not only supports our ongoing conservation efforts but also provides you with the unique chance to have your chosen name permanently recognized on all maps, brochures, and other materials issued by Lacawac.

Once a naming opportunity is approved, the honored entity will receive an appropriate sign, plaque, or designation, symbolizing a meaningful partnership between your legacy and our commitment to environmental stewardship. Please note that the name of the Sanctuary itself is excluded from this program, as are the names of the Lodge (honoring Arthur Watres), the William E. Chatlos Environmental Education Center, the Dr. Susan Kilham Laboratory, the Maurice Broun Trail, and the Coulter Visitor Center.

While additional features within the Sanctuary may be considered for the naming rights program in the future, the following are currently recognized by the Board of Trustees as eligible for such designation:
