General

The LEC is a great venue for connecting with regional researchers, discussing research ideas in an informal setting, and building new collaborations.

Plenary

We are excited to announce that our plenary speaker is Dr. Jon Cole from the Cary Institute of  Ecosystem Studies.

Presentations/Agenda

We are offering three presentation formats--poster, individual presentation, and joint presentation/discussion. We hope that the joint presentation sessions will promote more discussion. We are encouraging people either from the same lab, or from different labs, to identify a topic area of interest and have a session that raises interesting questions for discussion. A completed registration form and payment must be received by September 12, 2012. The registration form includes details about housing and meals.
