The Lodge

​Overlooking Lake Lacawac, the Watres lodge built in 1903 is a step back into time when the home served as a summer residency for the wealthy of Scranton.  Utilize the living and dining rooms, front porch and screened in side porch. Ideal for cocktail receptions or smaller dinners.  
Capacity: Dinner 20-40 people- Cocktail Reception up to 150 people

The Tent

Just behind the Watres Lodge, there is a large open space surrounded by the majestic Lacawac forest.  Easy access to the lodge, kitchen, and parking.  Capacity: Dinner up to 150 people

The Ceremony


The Carriage House

Step back into a time you will never forget. The Carriage House was built to house the horses and carriages needed to operate the estate. The rustic downstairs remains almost entirely intact with even individual horse stalls and antique fittings.  
Capacity: Dinner 50 people - Dancing/Ceremony/Cocktail Reception up to 150 people

Lacawac Hours:  Open to the public sunrise to sunset
