Historic Watres Lodge

May – September
$650 first night | $500 each additional night
and $250 one time cleaning fee 

April, October-November 15th
$750 first night | $575 each additional night
and $250 one time cleaning fee 

Ice House Cottage
$200 per night and $100 one time cleaning fee
Two night minimum 

Glamping A-Frame Cottages

$75 per night and $50 one time cleaning fee

Historic Lock House 16
$250 per night and $150 one time cleaning fee

Guests are assessed a $50 Pet Cleaning Fee for any pets. Sheets and towels are provided for all guests.  Coffee makers are available in all lodging units.  Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited in all rental units. ​

A versatile indoor/outdoor space suitable for meetings, celebrations, and educational programs.

Capacity: Up to 50-60 people
Includes: Tables, chairs, high top tables, bar, firepit, lounge furniture, restrooms, and parking
Ideal for: Family reunions, birthday parties, showers, conferences, community events


William E. Chatlos Education Pavilion
$2500

A spacious, open-air learning and event space surrounded by nature.

Capacity: Up to 150 people
Includes: Seating area, electrical access, bar and nearby restrooms
Ideal for: Educational programs, lectures, family reunions, birthday parties, and large gatherings

Lacawac permits renters to access the property the day before for set up and the day after for clean up if needed and available.

Use of Lacawac lodging and rental facilities is limited to individuals and groups holding an active Lacawac membership. Rentals are a member benefit.​
